  • GRAPES: Trebbiano 60%, Malvasia bianca 40%
  • SOIL: Red iron soil, characterised by an underlying layer of limestone
  • VINE-TRAINING SYSTEM: Guyot
  • PLANTS PER HECTARE: 4300
  • PRODUCTION PER HECTARE: 8 tons
  • HARVEST: Manual harvest during the first week of September
  • VINIFICATION: Soft pressing of the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature
  • AGING: 4 months in stainless steel tanks and 2 months in the bottle
  • ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12,5% vol.

TASTING NOTES

  • SIGHT: Pale straw yellow colour with greenish highlights
  • NOSE: Amazing olfactory mix of green apple, pear, banana, grapefruit and hawthorn
  • PALATE: Fresh and tasty wine, it evolves from white-fleshed fruit to citrus fruit
