  • PRODUCTION AREA: Vineyards Macchia di Gatto, Casamassima, Puglia
  • SOIL: Red iron soil, characterised by an underlying layer of limestone
  • VINE-TRAINING SYSTEM: Guyot
  • PLANTS PER HECTARE: 4 300
  • PRODUCTION PER HECTARE: 6 Tons
  • HARVEST: Mechanical harvest during the first decade of September
  • VINIFICATION: Soft pressing of the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature
  • AGING: 6 months in stainless steel tanks and 6 months in the bottle
  • ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13% vol.

TASTING NOTES

  • SIGHT: Bright straw-yellow with green glares
  • NOSE: Delicately aromatic with elegant perfumes of jasmine, lime and white peach. Background of rosemary and wild mint
  • PALATE: Alluring taste with a moderate sweetness, good balance and freshness. Captivating and persistent finish
