  • GRAPES: 100% Minutolo
  • PRODUCTION AREA: Crispiano, Masseria Scorace, Puglia
  • SOIL: Red iron soil, characterised by an underlying layer of limestone
  • VINE-TRAINING SYSTEM: Guyot
  • PLANTS PER HECTARE: 4300
  • PRODUCTION PER HECTARE: 8 Tons
  • HARVEST: Mechanical harvest during the first half of September
  • VINIFICATION: Soft pressing of the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature
  • AGING: 3 months in stainless steel tanks and 2 months in the bottle
  • ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12% vol.

TASTING NOTES

  • SIGHT: Straw-yellow colour with light green reflections
  • NOSE: Intense nose of bergamot, banana, nectarine, green apple, chamomile and hawthorn and a musky background
  • PALATE: Delicately aromatic on the palate, with good texture, followed by fresh salinity. A persistent finish that perfectly matches the nose
