  • GRAPES: 100% Minutolo
  • PRODUCTION AREA: Crispiano, Masseria Scorace, Puglia
  • SOIL: Red iron soil, characterized by an underlying layer of limestone
  • Vine training system: Guyot
  • PLANTS PER HECTARE: 4300
  • PRODUCTION PER HECTARE: 8 Tons
  • HARVEST: Mechanical harvest during the first half of September
  • Vinification: Soft pressing of the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
  • AGING: Three months in stainless steel tanks and two months in the bottle
  • ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12% vol.

Tasting Notes

  • APPEARANCE: Straw-yellow color with light green reflections
  • NOSE: Intense nose of bergamot, banana, nectarine, green apple, chamomile and hawthorn and a musky background
  • PALATE: Delicately aromatic on the palate, with good texture, followed by fresh salinity. A persistent finish that perfectly matches the nose
