Description

  • VARIETIES: Blend of autochthonous red grape varieties including Aglianico, Bombino Nero, Negroamaro, Nero di Troia, and Primitivo
  • Production area: Contrada Montevella located in the territory of Acquaviva delle Fonti
  • SOIL TYPE: Deep soil composed of loam and light clays
  • TRAINING SYSTEM: Spurred cordon
  • HARVEST: Hand harvest, in crates, in the last week of August/first week of September
  • VINIFICATION: Soft pressing of the grapes with a short maceration in a press, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature
  • SPARKLING CHARACTER: Second fermentation in bottle and subsequent aging on the lees for at least 36 months
  • ALCOHOL CONTENT: 11% ABV

  • APPEARANCE: Bright coral pink enlivened by generous perlage
  • AROMA: On the nose, intense notes of rose petal, raspberry and cherry combined with pink grapefruit, with pastry notes in the background
