TYPE OF SOIL: Red ferruginous soil, with an underlying limestone layer
GROWING METHOD: Spur-pruned cordon

Grape harvest: Mechanical harvest during the third week of September
MACERATION: 2 weeks
FERMENTATION: Two weeks in stainless steel tanks at 25°C
