APPEARANCE: Deep purple-red with ruby glints
NOSE: Elegant nose of sour cherry, blackberry, prune, cherry, plum, carob, and fig. Delicate hints of flowers (rose) and herbs (thyme, wild mint, cinchona) enhanced by notes of liquorice and marzipan
PALATE: Sumptuous and velvety palate, with a touch of sweetness. Supported by pleasing tannins and a vivid mineral-acid character. A long, satisfying finish that perfectly matches the nose
