PRODUCTION: 90 hl/ha.
PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE: Mechanical harvest. Gentle pressing and fermentation of the must in stainless steel containers, at a temperature of 15°C for
twenty days.
ALCOHOL CONTENTA: 12%
RESIDUAL SUGAR: 5 g/L

Tasting Notes

Intense cerasuolo pink color, with good luminosity. Delicate fruity aromas (wild strawberry, raspberry, and cherry) and floral notes (rose, oleander), enhanced by hints of aromatic herbs. Slim, balanced palate, with proper roundness tempered by pleasant freshness and a clear sapid liveliness. Finish with good persistence, gently balsamic.
